Our office is located on US Highway 50 in O'Fallon. We are directly next to First Bank (Greenmount road and US Highway 50). Our location is very convenient with easy access. When visiting us pull staight in to the back of the building (parking lot) and enter through the front. Whether you live in O'Fallon or further away, we are less than a minute from interstate 64. We have been in business since 1999. We have state of the art equipment for diagnosis and treatment of your condition.

Our mission at the Back & Neck Pain Center is to provide inexpensive, high-quality care to people of all ages. We strive to not only correct a person's health problems, but to educate and enlighten people so that they do not encounter similar problems in the future.

Dr. Peck completed his undergraduate studies at Logan College of Chiropractic and earned his undergraduate degree in Human Biology. At Logan College of Chiropractic Dr. Peck pursued his career to become a chiropractic physician and earned his doctorate degree from Logan College in 1998. Dr. Peck continued his education by taking postgraduate education in Acupuncture and Auriculotherapy. He later became certified to practice Auriculotherapy and Acupuncture and is a specialist in the treatment of smoking cessation, weight loss and many painful conditions.

Dr. Peck also specializes in the treatment of automobile and work related injuries. He has been disposed on many occasions to testify as an expert witness.

We are providers for just about every insurance plan in the area. If your specific plan is not listed chances are we participate with the plan. The list of networks we are participating in is too long to list here. Give us a call if you do not see your plan listed.

We accept all forms of payment including Mastercard and Visa. We offer time of service discounts and have affordable plans for the uninsured. We DO NOT require any contracts for care such as year care plans. We DO NOT require our patients to pay for care up front. We offer plans for patients suffering financial hardship as well. We file all your claims with the insurance company for you.
